The VSCS Libraries and CCV Reference and Teaching Resources Librarians are available to support faculty in identifying resources and instructional materials, building effective research assignments, and promoting student success.

Academic Program Liaisons

Librarians can help you identify the best library resources for your class, offer ideas to help you build more effective research assignments, make suggestions for specific subject areas, or help you integrate library instruction in your course. Ask a librarian! Reach out with questions to your academic program liaison.

  • What do your students struggle with when it comes to research?
  • How do you use the VSCS Libraries in your class?
  • Need help finding materials for your class?

The Liaison Librarian program is made up of professional librarians who are here to engage and work with faculty, staff, students, academic programs, and student organizations on offering a wide array of services, research help, information literacy educational resources, collection development ideas and resource recommendations, including open educational resources for your syllabus and instructional material.
